outraged at latest massacre of innocent Hindu temple-goers By attacking one of the most prestigious Hindu religious places, the Islamic terrorists have thrown a direct challenge to Hindu society and the Indian nation. This is another proof of Islamic terrorism relentlessly targeting innocent human beings in the name of jihad, supported from across the border by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. KNN calls upon the Government of India to wake up and handle this growing menace of Islamic terrorism with the heaviest hand possible. The perpetrators of these crimes need to be crushed once and for all. Any delay in tackling this menace will invite many more Sangrampora's, Wandhama's, Chattisinghpora's, Kalu Chak's, Godhra's and Gandhi Nagar's. Islamic terrorism is testing the patience of peace-loving Indians and it would be foolish to let the situation reach to the point where that patience will finally run out. The backers of terrorism aimed at India need to be pursued and neutralized, wherever they are in the world, just as the United States has done for the last one year. Indian lives are no less precious than American lives. KNN also calls upon the US President George W. Bush to pause and re-consider the real dangers to democracy. Is the real danger a Saddam Hussein who is bottled up between two no-fly zones and has had little to do with terrorist groups like Al Qaeda in the past decade? Or is it the devious Pakistani dictator Pervez Musharraf who was hand in glove with the Al Qaeda and Taliban, continues to send killers into India, and continues to protect thousands of terrorists in Pakistani territory while offering a few Al Qaeda every few weeks to the US to keep it off his back? Is the real danger Saddam who does not have any nuclear weapons and is unlikely to use them even if he acquires them or is it Musharraf, who promised to annihilate Indian cities with populations of tens of millions if Indian troops crossed one inch of the LOC while chasing terrorists or bombed even one of the dozens of Pakistani terrorist camps? When the dark days of Nazism and Fascism threatened human dignity and liberty on this planet, it was the combined will, determination and focus of the democratic world that sustained the struggle for freedom and equality. It is anyone's guess what would have happened if the western world had lost its focus on ending those evils and gone after lesser enemies before World War II had been won. KNN calls all lovers of human decency to join together and pledge to yield one inch to modern-day Islamic fascism which, if unchecked, can consume the whole world in hatred for kafirs and dhimmis. The doctrine of hate that is being preached day in and out in Pakistan's 50,000-odd madrassas (according to Harvard's Jessica Stern) is the fascist propaganda school of our day. The gun-toting Al Qaeda and Lashkar-i-Toiba mujahideen are the SS storm troopers of our day. KNN calls upon the US and UK governments to remove its Iraq blinders and see the real dangers the democratic world faces. While Americans here in US are remembering the thousands who died a year ago on September 11, jehadis who trained in the same camps as the WTC/Pentagon attackers are on a rampage in a different part of the world. These jehadis, with Pakistani support, have killed hundreds in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, disrupted popular elections, and today these same terrorists have killed more than 45 innocent peace-loving Hindus in Gujarat. Their aim is the same as that of the group led by Mohammad Atta last year: to erode democracy and freedom. It is with deep sadness we observe that President George W. Bush has lost his focus on comprehensively defeating international terrorism one year later, and considers himself "tight" with the genocidal dictator of Pakistan. The policies repeat the fatal mistakes of the Clinton years, when the ISI-Al Qaeda nexus was repeatedly ignored. Bush should end the illicit US relationship with Musharraf, try him for war crimes, and remove all nuclear weapons from Pakistan, which are destined to end up in extremist hands sooner rather than later. If the US does not plan on following through with the war on terror, it will be up to India to protect its citizens, a task at which it has failed miserably by not taking the fight into Pakistan.
